These meditations are open to everyone who wishes to open their heart and explore many different traditions of meditation including breathing techniques, visualisations, mindfulness, sound, self-enquiry and silence.
The first session will be held on Thursday 26th June 2014 from 7-9pm.
Further confirmed dates are Thursday 27th November 2014
Please feel free to bring a blanket or mat for your comfort.

Francesco originally from Italy, got the name Chaitanya (Consciousness) from his spiritual teacher ‘Mooji' (Mooji.org)
Chaitanya has been practicing meditation and yoga since an early age, he is a Reiki and massage practitioner.
In recent years he has developed an interest in Sound healing, the ancient art of healing and relaxation through live sounds. He is currently studying for a sound healer diploma with ‘The colour of Sound institute”
